Solution Overview
Targeting the electronic control system of two-wheel electric vehicles, the solution covers battery sampling BMS, main drive variable-frequency control, onboard multi-channel power supply, LED lighting, dashboard and communication interface. Relying on low-voltage SGT MOSFETs, high-voltage SJ MOSFETs, analog front-ends, gate drivers, LED drivers, PMICs and MCUs, it precisely manages battery operating conditions and motor output, achieving low standby power and high efficiency while optimizing overall vehicle power consumption and range.
